JROTC Beautification Program

Afterschool 3:30 - 5:00 || JROTC Courtyard || Sgt Smith or Sgt Collier

Give back to Mission! Through JROTC, you can perform community service and help beautify Mission. Projects include painting and organizing offices. You do not have to take the JROTC classes.

SAT Prep Class

Thurs in Advisory, Saturdays 10:45 - 1:00 || Room 222 || Ms. Fong or 11th Grade Advisor

If you want to go to a 4-year college, you need to take the SAT I! The best way to score high is to study! You have two options. Advance Registration is Required, along with a small fee. Priority is for the 11th graders (must sign up by 2/4). After 2/7, enrollment is open.

Chinese Club

Tues @ Lunch, Wed 3:30 - 4:30 || Room 341 || Ms. Lum

If you want to share or learn Chinese culture, join us for picnics, Dragonboat Rowing, and Assembly preparation!

Middle Eastern/Arab Club

Thurs @ Lunch || Room 311 || Ms. Gaind

Plan cultural events, discuss current events, and make crafts. Attend Arab Cultural Festivals, Indian Movies. Participate in Ramadan, Advisory Presentation, Cultural Assemblies, Belly Dances Classes, The Carnival Parade in May '06, and Hurricane Relief Community Services. Henna sales every Thursdays @ lunch time in the main hallway. All students are welcomed.

Art Club

The art club is an opportunity for students to explore their creativity and express their artistic voice. A variety of materials will be used. We will also visit art galleries and organizations during advisory.

OLE

Tues & Thurs @ Lunch || Room 224 || Ms. Rodriguez

OLE promotes Latino culture and allows people to learn about their roots and make new friends. OLE is a fun and exciting club; we do more activities such as fundraising, dances, community service, and many more amazing things. You don't have to be Latino to join. Everyone is welcome!

Physics Club

The Physics Club is an opportunity for students who want to take the AP Physics Exam or just want to learn more about physics. Come join us and participate in fun discussions, experiments and projects!

Drama Mission Players

Want to play games, meet new people, and have a chance to shine on stage? Join drama!

This club is not accepting any more members, but if you are interested drop by Ms. Krumbein's room abd ask her how you can help support them.

Camino al Exito/The Road to Success

Tutoring, field trips, cultural activities, music, college preparation activities and more! Leanr what you need to do to be successful in high school and to get into college. Temo speaks Spanish and can tutor you in math and science, as well as well as English, ESL, S.S and other subjects. Temo habla espanol. All ethnicities welcome!
